White Winter Hymnal by Fleet Foxes

    Truth be told, I don't know any other song by Fleet Foxes; but this one hits just right. It's the first track on their debut album released in 2008 from the group hailing from Seattle, WA. Sung in a round, like Row Row Row Your Boat, it gives the sense of being in an echo. More than any song I've listed so far, White Winter Hymnal is the one that makes me think of a bright winter day with everything covered in white sparkling snow. There's a quiet but intense excitement I feel in such an environment and I suspect that Fleet Foxes has felt it also.
