All I Want For Christmas (is You) by Mariah Carey

 

    Alright, here it is: The Christmas Song. So much so that Mariah attempted to crown herself "The Queen of Christmas"

    What could I possibly say about this song that hasn't already be said by the entire world with internet connection? I do like the song, it's a bonafide ear worm; but it is in the wheelhouse of manic cheer that, frankly, makes me wildly uncomfortable. It's the glitter, bubbly champagne, Swarovski crystal tree ornament side of Christmas and I'm decidedly the wooly sock, cozy up on the couch in front of the fire with some spiked eggnog side of Christmas.
